The at-home dad's convention: are you going?
Categories: Media
On Saturday, November 19, the people of Des Plaines, Iowa will open their doors to men who usually stay inside theirs - the at-home dads. Keynote speaker is Dr. Kyle Dean Pruett, clinical professor of psychiatry and author. And… I haven't heard of any of the dads who are speaking at the convention. Are there no bloggers? And as we have a lot of SAHDs and WAHDs who read Blogging Baby, I'm wondering, are any of you going? [I don't know where I saw a link to this first - but the last time was on No, Ma'am, this IS my job.]

it's actually in des plaines, illinois...just NW of chicago, illinois...and as a life-long chicagoan, i can attest to the immutable fact that chicago is loveliest in the middle of november!
