You spend 30, 40 minutes bundling your excited child, who insists upon playing outside in the bitter cold. You don't want to go, you'd rather stay in your comfy chair with a blanky wrapped around you, cuddling your children and drinking coffee or hot cocoa or something warm and cozy. But you feel so guilty - after all, your children beg to go outside and it's supposed to be healthy for them. And finally, you are convinced, you are done bundling, and suddenly the preparations, the bite of the wind on your cheeks, the aching toes are worth it just to see the unadulterated joy all over your child's body as he plays.
