The Little Tree Mini Learning Cube made by
Target, has been recalled. The small pegs in the top corners of the cube can come loose becoming a choking hazard.
There have been three reports of children getting the pegs loose, two of those choked on the pieces. The cube was sold at Target between June 2005 through November 2005. It should be returned to any Target store for a gift card for $15 plus state sales tax. You can contact Target at (800) 440-0680 or visit their website.

Valerie said...I just checked ours and found the loose pegs, but I'm wondering if it would just be worth it to glue those back in. Our boys like it a lot. And they play with the two main parts separately anyway. Maybe we could just take out the pegs and not worry about them fitting together.
