When Jay Allen told us about the Baby Bratz wearing a thong, the company said it was a simple manufacturing error. I'm starting to think there's some smart-ass at the factory doing this on purpose. Santa delivered a Baby Bratz doll to Tiana Ennis and under her skirt was a piece of extremely skinny underwear.

Tiana showed her mother and sister and felt embarassed about her dolls choice of undergarments. Her mother says, "I just wanted to know why would they put something like this on a baby. If I knew the doll had this on I wouldn't have bought it." She goes on to say she'd like to see the dolls wearing more clothes, maybe a sleeper or a Pamper [diaper].

Uhm...the packaging pretty much spells out what kind of doll it is doesn't it? Is it reasonable to expect them to change the doll because you bought a doll that looks like a prostitute and when you get it home you realize that yes, it still looks like a prostitute? I have an idea, if you want wholesome buy an actual baby doll.

The company says the issue was a "mistake" and will be sending the Pampers that were supposed to come on the Baby Bratz doll in the first place.
