Toddler calls 911 after parent's murder
Filed under: Health & Safety: Babies
A
two year old boy called 911 to tell dispatchers something was
very wrong at his house. His parents, Steven and Michelle Andrews were found dead at the home, the little boy was
unharmed. Details about the deaths are sketchy at this time, but the little boy has been placed with relatives.A heartbreaking story but also an amazing one. It's hard for me to imagine even my 4.5 year old having the sensibilities to dial 911, but a two year old? Remarkable. They say he didn't have a conversation with the dispatcher but made enough noise that the dispatcher knew a child was on the other end.

I think I'm over it.

You should be proud of yourself for teaching your 3 year old how to dial 911. The police wish there were more parents like you!
