Baby Noor released from Atlanta hospital

Baby Noor, the three-month-old Iraqi baby
being treated in the U.S. for a severe case of spina bifida, was released from the hospital after a successful surgery on
Monday. While doctors first thought her treatment would require three surgeries, she was sent home after the first
attempt to repair her damaged spinal cord.Baby Noor was discovered by the U.S. National Guard after the 48th Brigade raided her family's home looking for insurgents. Upon finding the baby they worked with Childspring International, children's medical charity, to bring her to the states for treatment.
