"Tumor" removed from 35-year-old man turns out to be embryo of unborn twin brother
Categories: Media
Wasn't there a Stephen King book about an unborn twin embryo inside a guy's brain made him go off on killing sprees?
Well, once again real life has nearly reached the level of creepiness we expect from one of our society's most revered
authors of horror fiction. Igor Namyatov, a 35-year-old Russian tractor operator underwent surgery for the removal of a
painful growth that had been diagnosed as atumor. Upon further investigation, the growth turned out to be the embryo of
his unborn twin brother. The "tumor" had little legs and hands.
Namyatov’s fellow villagers are totally skeptical of the medical theory. They think it's an alien. “It
is a pity they have removed it. They should have waited to see what would become of it later on. That would have been a
great scientific find,” one of the villagers is reported to have said.

Yeah, real shame. Let that be a lesson to you - do not remove the tumor! Let's see what it turns into!

I recommend reading this article, because underneath there are links to a virtual treasure-trove of Weird Tales from Russia, the likes of which make the Weekly World News look like the Christian Science Monitor.

If there was a Stephen King book, it's a rip-off of Philip K. Dick's "Dr. Bloodmoney". :)

The Discovery Channel has a program that has been replayed several times called Vanished Twins. The show features a boy who has his twin removed from inside him. It is a fascinating program if you have the stomach for it.
