While child welfare is investigating Britney
Spears for driving
with her 4-month-old son on her lap, Associated Press reports that the Los Angeles County Sheriff's office probably
won't be filing any charges against her. Deputy Luis Castro told AP that unless a deputy actually saw the incident, they
can't do a thing. What, the photos weren't enough? As for Britney's claims of her terrifying situation with the paparazzi, X17 - t he agency that snapped the photos - said they were taken "in a very peaceful context, in which photographers exhibited no aggressive behavior."
Here's what I don't get - why have a big, burly bodyguard with you if he can't protect you? If you have think you have to drive away in a panic, why couldn't the bodyguard sitting next to you put the little Sean in the car seat? And hello, 911?
I know, I know...why am I even wasting my time wondering what goes on in the mind of woman who has to stop her husband from piercing her son's ears.
