The potty market
Categories: Development
Like I said before I was addicted to
products to help my kids get the hang of potty training. I think somewhere in my heart I believed if I had the right
products, it would go better. Which isn't true, but I needed to believe that and so potty marketing worked it's magic
on me. Doryn's Dish has a piece today about potty training products. And reading about the Wee Man mini urinal (I think I need that for my 'sitter downer') led me to this site. All I have to say is: OMG people really will buy anything. Like this $70 embellished potty chair and these Potty Mitts, are you raising a Howard Hughes?
But overall, potty training can be an all encompassing project and finding products you think will speed the process or make it easier is worthwhile. I bought a lot of potty paraphernalia and I don't regret a single thing I purchased. So buy away, except don't get the potty mitts. Please?

I've seen the Potty Mitts before and thought they were a great idea. You know, for public restrooms. Does that make me a total germaphobe? (yes)
