Cool Mom Picks: helping moms stay "fabulous"

I know what you're thinking, but
just...just...just bear with me a sec. It's not one of those websites. Allow me to explain. Cool Mom Picks is a blog started by K. of Motherhood Uncensored (one of my faves)
dedicated to scouting out "cool stuff so you can stay busy being fabulous." They know that "cool stuff
doesn't make the mom, but it certainly helps make life better." And by cool stuff they aren't talking about
Bugaboos and alphabet mats that are hewn from balsa to match your Herman Miller furniture. They don't take themselves
that seriously.Scanning through the articles, I see that they've featured the rhinestone-encrusted pacifier that we've talked about here on Blogging Baby. Says Cool Picks contributor Liz, "it’s the perfect paci for those playdates at Finn and Hazel's pad, or for the inevitable photo ops at baby’s first Proenza Schouler show." (Something tells me Julia would not approve...)
Further down the page, there is a post about fancy crib sheets titled, "The Nicest Sheets Any Baby Could Ask To Pee All Over." So, see? They have a sense of humor.
It's not all fluff. There are suggestions for crafting, interesting reads, and cool music. If you're a fabulous mom that's able to laugh at herself, check out Cool Mom Picks.

Thanks for the link to this cute site. I am ashamed to admit that I do spend at least an hour a day searching the internet for cool baby stuff. What can I say? I'm human and loooove to spoil my little girl. I may not have it all together, but I'd at least like to look like we do!

Fun stuff to look at. Even the mention of something as ridiculous as the rhinestone-encrusted pacifier comes off as their way of being humorous. Seems like there's a nice mix of practical items as well as ridiculous things to make fun of at the site.

The site Rhinestonefaceplates.com made me some custom baby stuff ! She sells the crystal pacifiers by request but they have Swarovski crystal encrusted baby wipes container ! It is so FABULOUS !! Has a baby footprint on the front !! I love breaking that out at all of my playdates !! SHe has birth cert holders, piggy banks etc ! TOOO Cute !! Just wanted to let all the fashion moms know !! I LOVE it !!!
