Seven-year-old creates blog to raise money for MS and Dad

Maddie is a seven-year-old who's father was diagnosed
with Multiple Sclerosis when she was a year old. Maddie's friend's and family have been raising money to support MS
research since through the MS Walk since her father's diagnosis. She's been walking (starting in a stroller) with
everyone since she was a year old.At six she walked her first event as a registered participant and raised the most money of anyone on her family's team all by herself. This year she'd like to raise even more and so her mom has set up a blog for her to do just that. You go, Maddie.

AngelaFay said...Way to go Maddie! I will also be walking 4/22 for my mom and sister both diagnosed with MS. Growing-up with a parent with MS was very hard and confusing at times...so kudos to Maddie's family for being open about the disease and active in the fight for a cure.
