Yes. Truant teens are usually out in those cars. Let's give them more incentive to be in school so they'll be able to continue going out in those cars. And don't even think of playing the "how will they get to work" card. If they lost that car because of their own stupidity, let them walk to work or take the bus or take the consequences from their employer, also. There are not enough consequences these days; too many kids and parents have such a sense of entitlement, they think they can do anything they want and still get the privileges of those who do it RIGHT.

While I am all in favor of tenns attending school, I do not think the driver's license should be held hostage to enforce all kinds of social behavior. The State of Ilinois has a litany of things for which to suspend driving privilages. They should all be directly related to driving.
