The weight issue, it plagues even the most glamorous

For most of us our weight is an ongoing issue, rare is the woman who is completely at home in her skin. The battle can be a legitimate one if the weight gain causes health problems, but for some women societal pressures are the issue. A recent example is Aishwarya Rai, former Miss World and a popular Bollywood, India film star. Though she is often widely acknowledged as one of the world's most beautiful women, her producers have asked her to lose weight, gain it back and then lose it again.

Currently the movie star wakes in the wee hours of the morning to begin her two hour workout. After her exercise she goes to a movie studio where she is filming her current project, Dhoom2.

Women with weight issues grace the covers of nearly all the weekly magazines. It appears that being too thin is never an issue, even when it affects health. Lovely would be the day when we could all be comfortable with our bodies.
