Virgin Mary discovered in chocolate drippings
For single mom, Cruz Jancito, last Monday morning was no regular shift at the Bodega Chocolate Factory in Fountain Valley, California where she works in the kitchen area. Her normal routine was to come into the kitchen glance at the clock and then begin her shift, but on Monday her eyes were drawn to a far different source. Under a large vat of dark chocolate she noticed an unusual accumulation of drippings. Upon closer inspection, Jancito noticed that the drippings resembled the Virgin Mary.Jancito, a deeply Catholic woman, says the sighting has given her a renewed faith where she was previously doubting. For the owner of the upscale shop,Martucci Angiano, the spotlight is not uncommon; his shop is a favorite of the stars. But to have to the celebrity of the chocolate Virgin Mary is a novel concept. People have been flocking to the shop all week to get a glimpse of the sweet Lady.
From the picture I have a hard time seeing her, but maybe in person it is much clearer. What about you? Have you been to the shop to see her? I wouldn't mind making the trip and having some chocolate to boot.

people will see what they want to see. As for me I couldn't see anything. Maybe the women needed a religious boost and she got it.

I can see how she sees that. I'm not one to believe in those types of things as holy reminders or anything though. There are always people that see 'holy visions' in different objects. Honestly, I don't think there was any divine intervention to get the objects to appear like that, and besides, that chocolate looks slightly like it was carved. If it was just there when she showed up, someone could've just carved it up a little bit to resemble Mary.

It looks like a chocolate owl to me. What a waste of chocolate, to put it on display instead of eating it!

Now that I know what to look for I can see the outline of a head covering and robe. I wouldn't have attached any meaning to it though.

It looks more like an owl or a melting pinecone to me.
My husband is convinced that somehow soap residue on our bathroom window (in the shower) looks exactly like Chuck Norris mid-kick. lol.

It looks like a falcon to me. But hey, who cares. I once saw a cloud that looked exactly Elvis. So, do you think any of these devout chocoholics would like to buy some oceanfront property I know of in Northern Nevada?
