Some mixed news via CNN.com: Former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith, known most recently from her stint as a TrimSpa spokesmodel, lost her son yesterday in the Bahamas. The 20-year-old's death was sudden, but no further details have been given surrounding his death. "We have yet to learn the cause of death but do not believe that drugs or alcohol were a factor," said her lawyer, Howard K. Stern, in the statement. "Anna Nicole is absolutely devastated by the loss of her son. He was her pride and joy and an amazing human being."This news comes just days after Smith gave birth to a healthy daughter, on Thursday.
Condolences to the Smith family for their loss, and congratulations for their new addition.

Sharon said...My deepest sympathy goes to Anna Nicole and her family and I hope many prayers are sent her way. His life as an adult was so brief; this must be so difficult for them. My sister lost her 12 1/2 month old daughter in June. It's been so difficult; I know words can't describe how she must be feeling.

Liz said...What a sad moment for any parent the loss of a child. My heart felt sympathy goes out to Anna and her family.
I cannot imagine the pain. I hope that with time Anna will feel some peace, and that she will be able to see her son in every beautiful moment that she experienced with him, and these memories will help her heart to heal. How fortunate for her son to have experienced the love that he did from his mother.
