When I was looking for a mobile for Nolan's crib, it seemed I had to choose between plush bears and plush giraffes. The colors were kind of loud and the designs garish, and we'd spent so much time compromising on the nursery design (blue, Rob's decision, brown and cream, mine), that I didn't want to destroy the whole balance with a violently loud mobile. But I also didn't want to deprive my baby of mobile enjoyment.

I ended up buying an expensive zoo mobile, with less garish plush, but I wish I'd known about these mobiles by Julie Frith. They are interesting, with clean lines and a pleasing form and best of all, the colour can be customized for baby's nursery.
