After much speculation from those in the media, the real father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby has revealed himself. It is no other than Howard K. Stern, her longtime friend and lawyer. You might remember Stern (not to be confused with the shock jock) as her sidekick on her former reality show.

Stern announced the news on Larry King Tuesday night while discussing the recent death of Daniel, Anna's son from a previous relationship.

He said the baby's name, which had previously been reported as Hannah, to be Dannylynn Hope, perhaps in a tribute to her late son.

"Anna and I have been in a relationship, and we love each other, and it's been going a very long time," he said, adding that the two plan to marry in the future.

Regarding Daniel's final hours in the hospital, which have been discussed plenty in the media, he said "At one point Daniel said to me, 'How come I'm so tired?' In hindsight, I wish that I had seen that as some sort of a signal, and seen that something wasn't right."
