I have always wanted to use ROTFL as a comment, and now I have fodder...
That is the most ridiculous, hilarious Halloween decoration I have ever seen. That is right up there with one of my fellow co-workers (another cop) taking a suspects tampons away from her because they could be used as nunchuks.
