Heidi Klum has a boy!

Model Heidi Klum and her husband, Seal, are the proud parents of a baby boy. The baby, named Johan Riley Fyodor Taiwo Samuel, was born on Wednesday at 5:01 p.m. in Los Angeles. He weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces.This is the third child for Klum and Seal. Their daughter, Leni, was born in 2004. Their second child, Henry, was born in 2005, making this beautiful couple the proud parents of three children age two and under.

Also, foreseeing any "corrections" in the comments, Leni is not the biological child of Seal, but he has been a father to her since birth.
I'm so happy for this family, not only because they seem to love each other but because they're brave enough to have three very small children. As the mother of two that are about the same ages as Leni and Henry, adding in a third baby right now seems so hard.
But then, they also have nannies, something most people don't have.
So congrats to my favorite celebrity family. For those of you who have a "favorite," who is yours? Who would you like to see have more children?

On a related ProjectRunway note- I hope someone at BB will be sure to post when Laura Bennett's baby is born. I was pretty surpised how little there was on her here during the season.

Rachel said...I love Heidi Klum! In the article linked Seal says "There are days we never get out of our pajamas. We play with the kids in bed, watch TV, cook, hang out." Thats such a normal thing to say and do. I love how they manage to come across so normal dispite their superstardom.

gary said...when you have enough money to be home & have nannies, having 3 under 3 really wouldn't be a big deal. unless you're a wimp.
