Brooke Burke welcomes daughter

American television personality and model, Brooke Burke, has welcomed her third child, a daughter. The father is Burke's fiancee, David Charvet. Heaven Rain Charvet was born Monday afternoon in California, weighing in at 6 pounds, 8 ounces. She was 18 3/4 inches long. Burke also has two other daughters, Neriah (named for Playboy Playmate and friend, Neriah Davis), who is six, and Sierra Sky, who is four.
This is the first child for David, who is from France. The couple said they plan to get married in the spring, though they haven't made any plans yet.
