Sweet Juniper's Alphabet
Categories: Education, That's entertainment
Our own J.D. Griffioen, aka Dutch, has been busy lately with family issues, but somehow in the midst of it all, he managed to put together a rather unique alphabet for little Juniper. If you've been reading BloggingBaby for a while, you know he's not your dry, run-of-the-mill type dad, so you know the alphabet he put together won't be either. With zombies and ninjas and pirates, this is definitely not your traditional alphabet, but instead is for the child "who is growing up in a dirty-ass city and who already knows the names of all the animals in the zoo." Well, best of all, he's put it together as a book you can order online. Personae Urbana is available online for a mere $8.73, plus a couple dollars for shipping. That's his cost; he's not making anything on it. (As he says in the comments on his site, "Juney is just going to have to go and get herself a scholarship.") I know I'm ordering a copy; you probably will too once you take a look.
