Trying to get pregnant? Eat full-fat food

Ice cream could increase your chances of conception, according to a recent study by the Harvard School of Public Health.
The research team studied 19,000 women found that low-fat and skim dairy products could actually interfere with a woman's ability to conceive. However, full fat dairy food -- like ice cream and full-dat cheese -- have the opposite effect. The report advises women who want to conceive to eat two servings of full-fat dairy product per day.
I'm not a big fan of ice cream, but I could live on cheese alone. I never thought I'd see a study saying that full fat food is helpful.
Researchers are not sure of the reasons for the results of the study, but speculate that perhaps sex hormones in cow's milk boost fertility by affecting women's hormones. Sex hormones are highest in whole-food products. Which,.actually, makes me reconsider my craving for a big slice of Swiss.
