Hello Kitty's face on your toast
Categories: Toys & Games
Despite everything I try to the contrary, my daughter is obsessed with all things pink. Subsequently, she's a huge fan of anything adorned with Hello Kitty.
I mean, anything.
So when I bumped into this toaster -- that not only has Hello Kitty on the front, but also makes toast with a Hello Kitty face on it -- I immediately considered purchasing about 6 of them.
Now all I need is a waffle maker that makes pancakes in the shape of Dora, and breakfast at our house will be the coolest thing since...sliced bread.

That is very cool. We recently had a breakfast breakthrough. I had been trying to get P to get back into eating raisin toast again as an alternative to the daily bowl of cereal when I had a brainstorm. I dug out the cookie cutters and asked her which shape she wanted. There is a bit of waste around the edge but since she never ate the crust anyway it doesn't much matter. Now she'll happily eat 4 slices (gingerbread man, cow, angel and star shaped) without argument.

Wow, you all are better mothers than I. I just can't bring myself to allow shapes and characters into the kitchen. What a world, Hello Kitty toast? I find that notion exhausting!
