I know several of you have been following the pregnancy tales of our own Jennifer Jordan, as she reflected on the various stages and questions of her pregnancy -- from breastfeeding to epidurals, and also how to get to a hospital to give birth when you live in New York City!
While I will leave it to Jennifer to relay her birth experience and how, exactly, she made it to the hospital, I am delighted to tell you that she has given birth to a completely delicious little baby boy named Mercer.
We ParentDish bloggers tend to write long email chains back and forth discussing the board comments, our ideas, and our more fiery, personal parenting issues, and Jennifer is already back in the game, maintaining her sense of humour, mingled, perhaps, with a small dose of no-sleep delerium.
I can't wait to have Jennifer back on the board to share her experience, but in the meantime, please welcome her beautiful son Mercer Henry into the world!
Congratulations, Jennifer -- we are all thrilled for you. Welcome to parenthood!
