Product Recall: Disney Baby Einstein footed pajamas
Filed under: Health & Safety: Babies, Decor
Disney Stores North America, of Pasadena, California, in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, is voluntarily recalling their Baby Einstein Caterpillar Sleepwear and Baby Einstein Duck Sleepwear. The pajamas do not meet the flammability standards for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injury. These pajamas are made of 100% cotton and came in two styles: green with blue sleeves and yellow with orange sleeves. The green and blue pajamas feature the Baby Einstein caterpillar while the yellow and orange pajamas have a duck and the words "Quack! Quack!" on them. Only the 12 and 18 month sizes are being recalled; the 3, 6, and 9 month sizes are not subject to the recall.
The recalled sleepers were sold at Disney Stores across the country during April and May of last year, for about $20. Do not let your kids wear these pajamas; instead, return them to any Disney Store for a full refund. For more information, contact the Disney Store toll-free at (866) 902-2798 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday.
