Product Recall: Nordstrom Children's Sandals

Another Nordstrom recall. Different product, same reason: a choking hazard for young children. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Nordstrom are recalling children's Calypso Sandals because the decorations on the shoes can detach and pose a choking hazard to kids.
No injuries have been reported, but consumers should immediately return the sandals to any Nordstrom store for a full refund. About 1,800 of these sandals were sold at Nordstrom stores nationwide and online at Nordstrom.com during February 2007 for about $27.
The Calypso Sandals were sold in toddler and little girl sizes. They are tan and white with gold straps with three jeweled flowers on the top. The word "Nordstrom" and a flower pattern can be found embossed on the upper sole of the shoes. The toddler sizes have an ankle strap, the little girl sizes do not.
