Britney uses poetry to express hate for mother

Filed under: Celeb Kids, Celeb Parents, Rumors

Remember last week when Britney Spears dressed up in her best pair of cut-offs to hand-deliver court papers to her mother? The papers essentially said: "stay away from your grand kids" -- but today we learn that the package was full of surprises.

Also enclosed was a poem, titled "Dear Mama." In it, Britney writes "that she didn't have a mom anymore and she couldn't imagine a mother doing what she did to her child." Ouch.

There package also reportedly contained a CD full of conversations between Britney's mom, and K-Fed that were recorded by private investigators. In the phone calls, Federline arranges for meetings between Mrs. Spears and her grand kids, while also assuring her that he was winning the couple's current custody battle.

I think Britney is as crazy as the next person, and so when I first heard that she was keeping her mom from seeing Jayden James and Sean Preston, I thought she'd officially come unglued. But custody battles can be nasty, and if Britney's mother really is working with K-Fed behind her back, she might actually have had good reason to take drastic action.

Although I still think that poem was over the top.
