Brooke Burke back in bikini form after third baby
Categories: Pregnancy & Birth, Celeb Parenting
What is it about celebrity moms that enables them to shed the post baby pounds in such a short amount of time? These pictures of Brooke Burke prove once again that they must know something that the rest of us don't. The model had her third child in early January of this year and is looking beach ready and as though she has never had any children at all in this bikini.Burke is famous for her modeling career as well as her fitness career. After I had my third child I tried her Core Fitness ball regime hoping to look like her. The set up came with a giant fitness ball and a new fitness tape every month. Sadly, I lost interest in the tapes and my kids found that they liked to take the giant ball to the park and play monster volleyball with it. I suspect that Burke sticks to her exercise routines and eats proportioned meals to maintain her fighting shape.

...and I suspect that she was in really good shape when she got pregnant and had the added advantage of few money worries (stress eating) and was able to pay someone to keep her on track.
Not that she didn't earn it, deserve it and still had to work at it. I'm not taking anything away from her. Just that certain circumstances do make it easier.

I agree she looks fabulous, but if we all had (1) nannies to watch the kids every day, (2) a personal trainer to design fun and effective work out routines and make us actually do them for at least three hours per day (while the nannies were watching the kids nearby of course), (3) a nutritionist/personal chef to do the grocery shopping and prepare a variety of healthy snacks and meals for us and the family, (4) a staff of maids, butlers, housekeepers to do all the pesky cleaning, laundry and other annoying tasks of day to day life so we can focus on ourselves and the kids, and (5) time and money left over for massages, facials, pedicures, professional spray on tans to rejuvenate our bodies and spirits, I would venture to say that any one of us "normal" moms would also look just as fabulous!

Plus I think there's a genetic component.

Ok, devil's advocate.
When your job is to look good (actress, model, whatever) working out and eating right IS your job and it's probably not fun. I don't care how many personal trainers you have. When it's 5am and you're lacking sleep and that personal trainer is knocking on your door, the only thing getting you out of bed is will power. It's not because you have a "super fun" routine to work out to. *eyes roll* The grass is always greener ladies.....
