Catherine Zeta-Jones: "two kids is enough"
Categories: Celeb kids, Celeb parenting
Now this makes sense to me. No offense to our many readers who have multiple children, or the Duggars, but -- at least as far as I can tell -- large families, though loving, fantastic and wonderful, inevitably drive parents insane, right?
Maybe you think that's nonsense, but Catherine Zeta-Jones agrees with me. While some celebrity couples seem intent of filling out their families with half the world's orphaned children, the actress and her husband Michael Douglas won't be following suit. They already have a 4-year-old and a 7-year-old, and -- according to Zeta-Jones -- life is just too busy to add anymore.
Like many parents (myself included), it's not that she wouldn't enjoy having additional children, but logistically it isn't possible.
That said, if she really wanted to have more kids, you'd think -- of all people -- that a world-famous actress would be able to find the time and money (and additional household staff) to do it.

My mom read an article that the new luxury among the very wealthy is having many children, like more than four. I guess Zeta-Jones prefers other luxuries!

Someone should remind her that she has more than two children already. It infuriates me that she never acknowledges her stepson Cameron (Michael's son from his first marriage).
