Will Britney Spears flee the country to avoid custody battle?

Sometimes I am not sure if Britney Spears is really a bad mother or just playing one on television. I see only a tiny part of the big picture, so in the absence of something truly damning, I am can't judge whether or not she should lose custody of her boys to ex-husband Kevin Federline. But eventually, a real judge will make that decision and according to Star Magazine, Britney is worried. In fact, she is so worried that she is threatening to take her boys and flee the country.
"She told Kevin she'd split to another country, probably France," says a source. "Kevin feels she could pull it off with enough money and the right connections!" A Federline family insider says "Kevin is freaked out and wants to get a restraining order on her. He has one of the kids' nannies reporting back on whatever happens!"
Although neither parent is allowed to take the kids out of Los Angeles County without the other parent's permission, Britney thumbed her nose at that little rule when she took her sons to Las Vegas recently. Remember the bottle throwing and death threats? But would she actually leave the country? Maybe if we ask her real nice.
