Angelina: 'Brad knows there are times he should be quiet and look pretty'

Ah, finances -- the topic most-loved by every family! While discussions about your mortgage, school fees, car payments, and old student loans may have sent you and your spouse to marriage counseling -- never fear, even celebrity couples bicker about money.
An In Touch reporter was recently privy to a conversation Angelina Jolie was having with a friend, in which she was less than kind about her partner Brad Pitt's handling of his personal finances. Apparently Jolie told her companion: "I won't talk to Brad about this because you know how he is financially, which is stupid," and followed that with: "The reality is, we're not a company together. Things should be separate. I think you know I make my own financial decisions. Brad knows there are times he should just be quiet and look pretty."
Ouch. So that's why they're not married. It's all starting to make sense.
Seriously though, while I'm somewhat comforted to know that even Brad and Angelina don't see eye to eye when it comes to their finances, aren't they rich enough not to care?

They don't become movie stars because they're genuises. (I don't understand why people put much weight on their opinions about anything!) They become movie stars because they're pretty and are skilled in imitating someone they're not.
