Get crafty with colorful felt garland

How lovely would handmade felt circles look strung around your house on a special occasion, such as your child's birthday? Much more unique than plain old paper or greenery, these felt garland decorations are the cutest around.

The simple process is detailed on the blog of Anna Maria Horner, and the result should definitely invite many compliments from your friends and family. Gather up some felt, scissors, embroidery thread and needle and get to work!

I have made several of these exact garlands from those exact instructions. I like them because aside from looking so nice you see fast results. (my kind of project!)

I think these garlands also renewed my love of using felt in crafts because since I have sewed with it much more often.
