Sweet 16 as Miss England Finalist

Yes, Chloe Marshall is sixteen years old, but that's not the sixteen that's getting her noticed. The teenager won the title of Miss Surrey and is now a finalist for this year's Miss England beauty contest. What has gotten her noticed more so than other contestants is that she is a size 16 -- something virtually unheard of in this age of the size zero supermodel.At 5 feet, 10 inches tall, Chloe weighs 176 pounds and is not ashamed to be of normal size. "Everybody thinks you have to be a tall, slim blonde and I'm a curvy brunette," she said. "I want to show it is possible to be beautiful and not a standard size zero." She goes on to compete in the finals in July and from there, perhaps on to a career as a supermodel.
Stevie Walters, of the Models Plus Agency that represents Chloe, has high hopes for the beauty queen. "Chloe is gorgeous-looking and we are sure she will be snapped up by fashion companies who want to project a realistic and achievable image to their customers." It's nice to see real people in adverts, and I think companies are starting to understand this. Congratulations to Miss Marshall and best of luck in the finals!
