Headed to the shore for a day in the sun? Here's a trick to prevent bringing the beach back home with you.
Sandy feet are an unavoidable part of summertime life. But if getting sand stuck in every corner or crevice of your car drives you mad, or if you have floors that are risk of being scratched, or if you just don't want to waste another minute of your life vacuuming, here's a handy trick to get that sand off before you ever leave the beach.
Pack a small bottle of baby powder in your beach bag. When it's time to get into the car, sprinkle feet and legs with a little powder, which will absorb the moisture from the sand. Then the sand will brush right off. No more sandy floor mats, and no more itchy sand between your toes on the ride home!
