Katie Holmes has Mom Hair?

Why do men keep perpetuating this long hair thing? For some reason, it has come to mean "sexy" and "appealing". So men like long hair, big deal. A woman over the age of 25 looks much older with long hair and over the age of 40 it is just plain ridiculous looking. They look haggy. Maybe men like long hair on women because they keep losing their own. LOL.

I have long thought that short hair got a bad rap! Long hairs can pull it back/up into a pony tail and often get away with less frequent shampoos. The short hair often needs daily washing, blowing and styling. Just my opinion but I know I put a lot of time into my short do and didn't when it was down to my waist.

I am afflicted with hirsutitusanimalingus which causes the hair on my ass to grow more densely than the hair on my head. I frequently style my ass hair in various ways, however, I think the old 1950's duck tail style is very flattering. If you actually have the time to read about celebrity hairdos and you really are IN to that sort of thing, just send me your e-mail adress and I'll send you a photo of my ass hair-do, which looks a great deal like katies Holmes head! (Kind of like seeing Jesus in a potato chip.)

when you have short hair people always say you look younger but thats because if your hair is short it makes you look old and they feel the need to boost your ego by saying you look younger

If you don't have the time to care for long hair, you should wear it short. If you always have your hair in a bun or pony tail, sorry it is not becoming (a pony tail is fine if your going horseback riding, in the pool etc). You will look a lot younger, neater, and styliest if your hair is short when you don't have the time to cater to it!

Good Grief!!! What difference does it make how a person wears their hair??? Talk about petty!!! I get sick of hearing how short hair on a woman isn't sexy or it's 'frumpy!!' I've seen some short hairstyles that were absolutely adorable (Princess Diana was stunning, as well as Demi Moore, Charlize Theron, Halle Berry,etc.) Yes..it all depends on the shape of your face and the frame of your body but it's mainly personal preference. Just stop raggin' on people that have short hair. If that's what they want and they're happy with it that's all that matters.

Since I became a mom all I ever do with my hair is pull it up in a ponytail or in a clip there's not enough time in the day to fix my hair & take care of my baby the right way so I simply pull it up ...I get fed up with pulling it up but I can't seem to find the right short cut for my hair that looks right on me....I had one but it wasn't quite right..........Short hair MOM hair NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah but Katie doesn't have to do what normal moms do. She is filthy rich, has nannies, professional make-up and hair stylists, and personal body trainers. Not to mention she hasn't been doing much work these days. She has no excuse for dumpy look.

I think that haircut looks cute on her. What I wonder about is... is she happy? I am sure she is happy being a mom, but being caught with Tom Cruise. In the 80s, It would have been an awesome (I suppose) catch. Nowdays, he is known for arguing with interviewers, disrespecting others' views on depression, (the couch jumping thing doesn't really bother me too much, or what he did when that idiot sprayed him with a watergun...that could have been dangerous) but in other things he is just odd, controlling, evasive, and he seems as if he is 'losing it' and tragically, taking her and his daughter with him.

As a mom of 2 boys I have both long and short hair. I had long hair while both of my boys were babies and really didn't have a problem keeping up with it. I cut it short and have since let it grow out again. When people see pics of me with short hair they say I look younger now. I don't for see myself ever cutting it really short again.

ParentDish huh?? First time on here and certainly don't EVER comment on this ridiculous stuff but this is hilarious! Why aren't all you "parents" dishing on important things like your children? Since when is it your buisness on how anyone wears their hair?! Celebrity or not, don't you guys have kids, homes, and husbands to take care of? There are hundreds of more important things to talk about. Come on ladies do something useful with your downtime. Long or short to each their own.
