Most parents try to protect their children from criminal activity, but in a brazen attempt to burglarize an apartment while its tenants were still at home, two pregnant women put one of the women's toddlers right in the middle of the crime... and then abandoned him.
A 20-year-old woman and a pregnant teen climbed into the bedroom window of an apartment, with the two-year-old in tow. When the apartment's residents confronted the women, they fled, leaving the child behind. The women are now being charged with robbery and larceny, but the 20-year-old mother will face child abuse charges as well.
For the sake of this poor little boy, as well as the sibling that will be born in a few months, I hope these moms find the help they need to get back on track. Two-year-olds belong on a swing set, not a crime scene.

LuLu said...Jim. It is obvious that I am much older than you are. I grew up in a small town next to a farm. It was a day when women had respect for themselves and every boy had a pocket knife that he carried with him everywhere including school. Boys would never have thought about using it on anyone..just to peel and apple. This country is going to Hell in a handbasket. McD's success is the sign of lazy parents. Does anyone , but me think that the new McD's apple fry commercial is offensive. Ronald should have taken his belt off to that little Ronald that kicked him and certainly not allowed him to keep the apple fries. Is it just me?

What does it matter if they are black, white yellow or blue? I just feel sorry for the little boy that have a mother like this to set an example from. It doesn't matter the color, It only matters that in 15-20 years that child will be a product of the penal system.

ditz said...Where is "child protective services". This woman should have the toddler removed from her custody and the infant taken at the moment of birth. The idea that a child should remain with its birth mother is obscene in cases like this. Whoever or whatever these people are breed like rats and treat their offspring the same.
