Keeping your kids in clean clothes is easy when the washing machine runs like clockwork.
When you have kids, laundry can seem like a daunting task to keep on top of. What would otherwise be a mountainous pile of work to be done is easy if you plan it out. Scheduling laundry days makes life much easier. First off, you need to make sure everyone has at least a week's worth of clothing.
Next, pick a day for each load of laundry you need to do. In our house, Fridays are whites, Sundays are darks. Rachel loads and starts the washing machine while I put the kids to bed and then I put the clothes in the dryer before I go to sleep. It works out well and isn't a big hassle.
