DailyDish- Remember to laugh
Yoga participants are reminded on the importance of breathing, but to survive parenthood one of the most important things to remember is: laugh often and from the belly.
It's hard in the heat of the moment to find the funny in an entire bottle of talcum powder dumped in the carpet or a tube of Desitin smeared on the side of the couch, but naughtiness of this nature is pure comedy GOLD. Childhood is messy, stuff will be broken, cases of the stupids will occur, and what you thought was impossible will happen- perhaps more than once in the same day.
Besides, if your children were perfect all of the time, you'd have nothing to blog about and no fun stories to share at holiday gatherings when they are grown!

I'm a huge believer in laughing...a lot!
Sometimes you have to remember to laugh though. The more serious life gets, the more important it is to laugh.
