X Files star Gillian Anderson a mom

Last summer's X Files movie was a total bomb, but that hasn't kept its stars from making news. First there was David Duchovney's revelation that he's a sex addict (snore) and now the happier news that co-star Gillian Anderson has a new baby.Anderson, 40, and long-time boyfriend Mark Griffiths welcomed son Felix on October 15. The baby, who was born in London, weighed 6 lbs 15 oz. He is the second child for Anderson and Griffiths, joining one-year-old Oscar; he also has a big sister, Piper, who is 13. Piper is Anderson's child from a previous marriage.
Anderson has made a nice career for herself doing period pieces and hosting PBS' Masterpiece. It's nice to see a celebrity mom who isn't in the news for being wacky, but just for being a mom.
