Are you pregnant? Are you enormously pregnant? Then forget that it's October 30th and you don't have time to whip together a costume at this late hour. Because you do. And once you see these costumes from Urlesque, you'll find the time, because they are very clever. How many times in your life do you have a basketball round stomach to decorate and show off to the world? (Don't answer that, Mrs. Duggar.) That round belly is just right to dress like a pumpkin, a baseball or basketball, or hilariously, a man with a beer belly.

Jan Bay said...One of the best belly paint jobs I've seen was submitted to a contest on my website. The mother to be's husband is in the military and she painted her stomach like a map of the world and marked where she and her soon to be baby are located and where her husband is stationed.

Jenn said...I saw a picture on a friend's blog recently of a woman who dressed up as the Death Star. She was all in black, with spangly stars all over the costume, and just over her belly was a picture of the Death Star.
It was definitely one of the more creative costumes I've seen!
