Target Dive Sticks - Product Recall
Categories: Alerts & Recalls
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced the recall of about 365,000 Dive Sticks. The sticks could remain upright underwater, which poses and impalement hazard to young children. These types of pre-weighted dive sticks were banned by CPSC in 2001.The dive sticks were made in China for Target and sold at Target stores nationwide from April 2008 through August 2008 for about $1. They were sold in bundles of three in multiple colors: light blue, aqua, green, fluorescent yellow, royal blue, and red. The tag accompanying the dive sticks reads "Dive Toys" or "Diving Game" and has a white small parts warning label in the upper right hand corner. The words "Made in China" are printed in the lower right hand corner.
If you have the recalled diving sticks, you should immediately stop using them and return them to any Target store for a full refund. For more information, contact Target by calling (800) 440-0680 between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. CT Monday through Friday or by visiting their Web site.

Honestly... I couldn't impale JELLO with those things! I think we're getting a little out of hand, here, with the recalls.
