Tobey Macguire to be a Dad Again

Tobey Maguire and Jennifer Meyer MaguireHow cool would it be growing up knowing your dad is Spiderman? Or at least the guy who plays Spiderman on the big screen? Tobey Maguire's daughter Ruby Sweetheart, with wife Jennifer Meyer-Maguire, already knows. And she's about to get some company.

The couple, who have been married since 2007, are expecting baby number two next spring. Ruby Sweetheart, who turned two in November, will be at the perfect age to fetch diapers for her little sibling, while keeping Mom and Dad on their toes with her terrible-two-about-to-turn-threeness.

According to Wikipedia, Tobey Maguire has signed on to film Spiderman 4 and Spiderman 5 in 2009. But his contract has a unique clause: He'll be allowed to take time off in the morning and evening during shooting to spend time with his family. I bet now that baby number two is on the way, he's especially grateful for that.
