Is your refrigerator currently housing enough Thanksgiving leftovers to last until Christmas? I swore I wouldn't do it, but I did. I prepared an eighteen pound turkey and all the trimmings to feed three people. Yes, we have leftovers and lots of them. Reheated plates of our Thanksgiving feast will make for good eating for about a day and half. After that, it begins to get a little old and it's time to start mixing things up a bit. Our own Rob Barrett has a yummy-looking calzone recipe that I intend to try and I've scoured the Web for more.
