Doll Clothing Sets - Product Recall

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced the recall of about 9,200 Groovy Fashions Sassy Jammies Doll Clothing Sets. Surface paints on the pajama pants contain excessive levels of lead, which as you know is a violation of the federal lead paint standard and a health hazard to children.These sets feature a two-piece pajama set, eye mask and slippers. The pajama top is pink satin and the pants are dark brown with multi-colored flowers printed on them.
These were made in Indonesia for Manhattan Group of Minneapolis and sold via mail order, Internet and specialty gift stores nationwide from January 2008 through October 2008 for about $12 each.
If you have these doll clothes, you are advised to immediately take them away from your child and return them to the store where purchased for a full refund or store credit.
