It is very sad that the little girl could not tell another adult tho. It would not be good to have teachers start to teach good and bad touches in school. There are so many incidences of teachers molesting kids now adays, just would give another idiot a way to harm a child.

It is sad that this child had to wish for something like this on Christmas, not a barbie, a bike, or skates. But to keep a grown nasty old man from touching her and her sister. How sad is this world becoming.
I was just having this conversation last night, my neighbors daughter was touched, and the man who done it to her is still free. Because She and her then 4 year old sister had different stories. So because of that, they will not do anything.
That is what is wrong with this god forsaken world today, the politics, run it all. And they do not give people harsh enough sentencing, so these people keep doing it. They don't care because they know they will 9 out of 10 times be free in a few years. And most 1st time offenders only get months, then probation, and have to sign on the sex offenders list. That is it... Then they get to go on there merry little way and nothing else is done.
Then they start babbing off " well he is a sick person" or " he was abused as a child" or " he has mental problem" Well WTH!!! So are the kids that that person has mest with... They will NEVER be able to live a normal peaceful life now, because that will always be in there head.... They will most likely NEVER be able to trust again. And they will be so over protective of there kids that they won't know what to do.
And it all goes back to because the men and woman who do this crazy crap are allowed the freedom, and the rights. Not the children... That is what is mest up with the whole situation. The kids always suffer from it all....
I wish for once in in my life time, that is, I could actually see a sexual abuser get a sentence proving how much our children really mean to our judges, the D. A, lawyers, Governors, and so on... Because I am almost sure if they done it, the kinda non sense would stop...
Better yet the children that were in the case and abused LET THEM MAKE THERE SENTENCING.... Let that be the choice, and I bet you anything, sexual offenders would stop, because they will know who ever they have abused in the situation will be there on judgment day....Let's see how many abusers we have in this world then....
To the little girls, I am so sorry baby/ babies you 2 have had to go through such horrific things at such a young age. I am almost positive that you and your sister will have many more brighter Christmases, since you were so very very brave and turn this sick man in. You are innocent and precious and should never have to go through the heartache you or your sister has had to go threw. But you both will come out and be very close and strong young ladies... I am truly sorry from the bottom of my heart, that you have had to endure that type of tragic abuse... All my hugs, & best wishes to you and your sister and family at this time...

I hope this event should be known by all children, especially those abused and therefore, whenever they are abused, they can write. This should become a type of system available for all abused children to reveal the abusing crimes and lead to the arrests and ultimately it can significantly prevent the crime.

God bless these two little girls. We have a similar situation with my stepdaughter. When she was three years old, she informed my husband and I that her uncle was hurting her at her mothers house. How devasting to hear these words come out of a childs mouth. We actually reported it right away to the Law Enforcement Center,and also to the Department of Human Services, but due to her age and the inability to give detail, they could not prosecute. This man is already on the sex offender registry for trying to rape a woman and also for sexually molesting another one of his nieces. Thankfully we have custody of the child, and we have taken every measure we can think of to keep this beautiful child safe while visiting at her mothers house. It has been two years since this has happened, but she still sees a counselor once a week. This is very traumatizing to a child, and I hope that more children are up front in telling someone when they are being abused. My prayers are with these two little girls. I feel so sad that it took a letter to santa for her to reveal this information. How devasting. I hope when this man goes to prison, he ends up with a "bitch" to return the sexual acts that he gave to these poor innocent girls. May all sex offenders/child molesters rot in hell.

As a male that went through the same thing at 5y/o through 15 (I left home at 16), I can tell the poor kids that go through this crap will never be the same.
Animals like this steal our inoccents, and the childhood we never get to experiance.
I have worked in mental health and Corrections for over 25 years, and I can tell you anyone that does this to a child can NOT be reabilatated.
They should be sentanced to hard labor for the length of their sentance and that sentance length should be until the vic./vics can stand before the felon and say I for give you.
Now that would be justice!!!!
I can tell you today at 51 I am happy with myself, but I will never forgive the lost childhood.
God for give me but may he rot in hell.

Patricia..... why are you saying that "god saved her"? Your God has been hanging around her for years now and has never lifted a hand to save her before, so why now?

I have been told by many religious people that god is "all knowing". That he knows the past, the present and the future. That he knew that Patricia would write what she wrote and that I would respond to her. He knew this even before he made us.

He therefore even knew the pedophile who would abuse this child and her older sister and yet he made them both anyway. (You cannot have a pedophile without a victim now, can you?) And now it has taken years for him to do anything about it?

I accuse this God of yours of taking delight in pedophilia himself, replaying the tapes in his head of the abuse for his own pleasure much as Saddam Hussein did when he tortured people. Saddam just laughed and laughed according to accounts from his longtime mistress.

God waited too long for my sense of morality. He never should have let it happen at all; to any little child for that matter, but he continues to do so anyway and on a daily basis. God makes too many child abusers for my sense of morality. God knows what "free will" decisions are going to be made by everybody according to religious people, and yeat he creates these people anyway.

God is a monster as only a monster would allow these people on the face of the earth and here YOU ARE GIVING HIM CREDIT FOR SAVING THESE LITTLE GIRLS. You have a misplaced sense of right and wrong.

It's time to give up your God and face the situation as it is and stop giving some mythical god credit for the good things that happen and no blame for the bad.

Dear Santa:

Thank you for delivering this young girls gift early. She is not alone in this world. As a former abused child I have learned that there are thousands of children that need this very same gift. It would not suprise me if you begin to see alot more letters like this one.

I hope this monster gets to go in your "bad reindeer pen" as stated in a previous post. That is where he deserves to be. Please keep a look out for any more of these "naughty" people and take them with you when you go back to the North Pole.

The young girl probably wrote this letter with the belief that Santa really does exist and that he would help. Well, unlike the Santa we see in the malls, movies, and peoples front lawns, this "new breed" of Santa wears Blue uniforms and has a shiny badge. He has a "sleigh" but it certainly resemsbles a Crown Victoria, and he has "elves" but they dress the same as him, or in crisp starched suits.

Do not worry,Young Girl from Texas, you did the right thing. You have helped get on child molesting pedophile off the street and potentially helped answer many other yung girls and boys prayers.

Keep you head up and stay strong. This is one Christmas present you will n ot want to return to the store.

I hate child abusers whether it be molestation or physical or even mental.I myself know the trauma child abuse sets on someone so young. I have never told anyone about what happened to me and I don't think I can I am 25 now and still the horror of what he did to me haunts my very exsistence. I Hope that mother f***** gets more than the 99 years it will still not be long enough to heal what he has done to those poor little girls. I also was abused by a male relative and I think that makes it harder to tell your family. Everyone thought it was just wonderful how ole great grand dad adorded me. I tried to tell my aunt who was 7 years older than me and she said I was lying. That was the last time I said anything about it.
As a child you do not want to dissappoint people and even I knew the turmoil it would have caused.
I am not sure how long it lasted but the old fart died and we all "grieved".
Being so much older now I still have not told my parents. Imagine that; I still don't want the turmoil.
Parents watch your children when an unlikely person takes interest in your precious children BEWARE.
