Let's face it, most New Year's resolutions fail by February 1st. But if you make a resolution as a family, you've got a built in team and support system.
What kind of resolution can a family make together? Here's a handful of ideas to get you started.

- walk/bike together every weekend.
- turn off the TV at least once a week and play games together.
- eat a fruit or vegetable at every meal.
