Amanda said...I thought the commercial was a very tasteful portrayal of the beauty of the pregnant female form. There is an inherrent sexiness that comes with carrying life. It is an intrinsically female ability that SHOULD be the result of the ultimate expression of love between two commited adults. Could anything be sexier than that, that two people love each other enough to create a child together. This does get skewed sometimes and people who should never be together end up creating a new life, but this does not reduce the importance of that new life, nor does it affect the radiance of a women who is pregnant and thrilled to be so.

I think this is a prank or an experiment of some kind. First of all, if you or anyone for that matter is as happy as you claim you wouldn't be writing a commentary of that sort. Who is to say that the problem is not you and not your ex's. Sure some men are pigs but some women are not easy to put up with. Marriage is a two person ride and it takes both parties to give it there all. You sure sound like a fine piece of work by the way you are laying all the blame on the man. By the way, not sure who told you but once the kids are adults, the your ex can take you back to court and have the alimony stopped if he can show just cause. I hope he has talked to a good lawyer that will notify him of that, if nothing else to show you off. Remember this, you can act anyway you want but its you kids your hurting. I promise they will look back on this an say, after all dad did mom sure did him wrong.
Anyway on the whole pregnant women thing. I think pregnant women are some of the sexiest women out there. I will turn my head to get another look at a pregnant women long before any other women, not sure why that is but they are hot.

**To those people who think pregnancy is disgusting...Really? Do you not remember that your mother had to go through that same thing in order to have you? There is nothing more beautiful than being able to bring life into this world & no love is more pure. No I didnt like the morning sickness, weight gain, stretch marks, or the 38 hour labor & delivery...but all those things are a testament to my strength. And everytime I look at my beautiful little girl, none of those things matter. What matters is raising a child who grows into a responsible, caring & loving adult. Children are a wonderful example of innocence & unconditional love in this world. How could you not want that? And for those that will adopt, kudos to you...but wanting to adopt so you dont get fat?! Are you kidding me? Children do not love unconditionally, and they turn on you so quickly. The first time you don't let them do something it's "I HATE YOU MOMMY(or DADDY)!" And then there are the teenage years. The moodiness, the fits over not letting the borrow the car, or stay at a friends house. And the fear that your teenage daughter might get knocked up or your teenage son will knock someone up and it'll ruin their lives. Kids are nothing but trouble.
