Little Mackynzie Renée Duggar came into the world last night, making reality-TV uber-parents Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar first-time grandparents.

The newest baby -- who joins the already enormous clan -- weighed in at 8 pounds and measured 19 1/2 inches. Mommy Anna and Daddy Josh, the oldest of Michelle and Jim Bob's 18 children, tossed aside Grandma and Grandpa's self-imposed tradition of using first-letter J names for all the kids.

The supersize family continues its growth spurts, as Grandma Michelle is pregnant with baby #19, who is due in March.

Last month, when she was still a grandma-to-be, Michelle spoke with ParentDish on what it's like to be pregnant at the same time as her daughter-in-law.

Here's what she had to say:

ParentDish: How does it feel to know that your child will be younger than your grandchild?
Michelle Duggar: I am just amazed. Being 42, I was wondering if could still have another. That season of change is happening a bit, so I figured I would just enjoy hugging and loving on my grandbabies.

PD: Now that you're both pregnant at the same time, is the relationship with your daughter-in-law any different?
MD: Anna asked me some pregnancy questions early on and that was just a joy. Now she's asking me, "How are you feeling?" She was really sick every other day, so she can sympathize with me.

PD: How will this play out in the Duggar family?
MD: My mother and my sister got to experience the same phenomena. My mother was pregnant with me when my sister was pregnant with my nephew. I have a nephew and niece who are older than me, so I was an aunt before I was born! When I was younger I would point my finger and say to them, "Remember, I'm your aunt."

Little Mackynzie arrived about ten days before her actual due date of October 18, but judging by the video, everything looks perfect. Wonder if TLC will change the name from 18 And Counting to something like, We've Stopped Counting?
