She looks like what I would imagine a child prostitute to look like. I don't think it's a good thing for a nine year old to be wearing, and added with the makeup it's over the top. Just my opinion, and no I don't think she IS a prostitute.

I think anyone who looks at this 9 year old and characterized her and her Halloween costume as "extremely sexualized" needs some sort of intervention.

The dress is too short when you can see underpants if they bend over to pick something up off the floor. Why anyone would think this is OK for a kid is beyond me. Imagine the same outfit on a woman, you would think it was sexy because of the length of the dress, the tightness and the boots. So why is it ok to place this outfit on a child? I don't get it.

I agree! Any outfit short enough to where you would avoid bending over in for fear of showing off the "goods" shouldn't be worn by a 17 year old let alone a 9 year old!!!!

Is it the worst thing I've ever seen? No. Is it... tasteful? Don't think I'd go that far. BRC strikes me as a decent guy and probably an ok dad. But perhaps stardom (both his and his kids') has affected his perspective a bit. My advice: Get a good night's sleep and forget about it. Tomorrow will have problems of its own.
