She's a nine year old in a pair of shorts. It's supposed to be a costume for a private party, not for t.v. or the intenet. Come on. She looks like a nine year old, not a 39 year old. I think its something Im glad shes not wearing every day. Girls like playing dress up and looking older. Almost any girl will tell you that.I find it funny that some of you are ranting about this and claim to be christians. If you are why doesnt it bother you when kids dress up as witches or warlocks. Thats supposedly devils work. Funny whats ok and what isnt!

I remember a number of years ago, Billy saying that if Miley started acting inappropriate, he'd pull her out of show business, and I really respected him for it. Well, since then, she's had provocative, sexy pictures that she has taken of herself posted or "leaked" several times, she frequently dresses way too old for herself, performing in slutty outfits with a pole dance on the Teen Choice Awards, and wearing inappropriately short skirts and tight for anyone. let alone a teenager, she dances way too provocatively during the performances I've seen. The Anne Lebowitz photos were just creepy -- her in a sheet, and another with her lying across his lap, holding his hand, staring at him. Not a nice father/daughter moment, more like Lolita soft porn. Now, this is the second picture of his younger daughter dressed way to provocatively, as well. The first, I believed also posted on this blog, was from her birthday party. She and her friends were dressed and heavily made up like tarts, and hanging onto a stripper's pole for the picture. Way to go, Billy! Even turning your pre-teen into a tart. Guess the money's more important than your kids' moral upbringing. Now, I don't consider myself a prude. I remember wearing tube tops and such as well, but I never showed as much skin, nor behaved in such a manner that was way too sexy for my age, thanks to my parents keeping me under control. So, I know and understand teen girls not realizing some of the sexuality behind things, and parents need to reign their kids in. Miley CLEARLY behaves in a very sexual and sensual way, and now it looks like her younger sister is heading down that road, too. VERY SAD.
